By submitting payment, booking services, or completing a purchase with Iron Aesthetics Photography, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement. Payment constitutes a binding electronic signature, regardless of whether a physical signature is provided.
1. Scope of Services
This agreement covers both Photography and Videography services provided by Christina Ryan (Iron Aesthetics Photography). This includes the capturing of raw footage/stills and the delivery of edited media as outlined in the selected package.
2. Ownership and Copyright
Christina Ryan (Iron Aesthetics Photography) retains full Copyright and Ownership of all media (photos and video) produced under this agreement.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use (social media sharing, printing, personal archiving).
The Client may not sell, re-license, or use the media for commercial advertisements for third-party brands without express written consent.
3. Turnaround Time & Gallery Access
Turnaround: Iron Aesthetics Photography agrees to deliver the final edited digital gallery and/or video files within 14 days of the event date.
Gallery Expiration: Digital galleries will remain active and available for download for 60 days from the date the delivery link is sent.
Client Responsibility: The Client must download all files immediately upon receipt. After 60 days, the gallery will be deactivated. Iron Aesthetics Photography is not responsible for the long-term storage of files or for media lost after the gallery has expired.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
Non-Refundable: All payments made are non-refundable.
Service Fulfillment: Once the event has been recorded/photographed, the service is rendered. No refunds will be issued due to weather, event cancellations, or subjective dissatisfaction with artistic style. If an event is cancelled by the meet director or due to unique circumstances outside of the athlete’s control, packages may be transferred to an event at a future date. The photographer reserves the right to be the decision maker on the refund and the refund date.
5. Model Release & Marketing
The Client grants Iron Aesthetics Photography the irrevocable right to use all images and video footage for social media, portfolio displays, and marketing materials. This includes the right to edit, crop, or use snippets of video for promotional reels or advertisements.
